Barb

Reception/Office Manager

Barb has worked for Cumberland Animal Clinic since 2000 and is a graduate of St. Pete Jr. College with a degree in Animal Science Technology. Her family includes a son Kyle, 2 cats- Linus and Mr. Bean, and a dressage horse named Yankee. Barb's interests include horseback riding, gardening, quilting, bicycling, reading and traveling.


Alex

Advanced Veterinary Technician, Lead Veterinarian Technician

Alex joined Cumberland Animal Clinic as a veterinary technician in 2017. He is originally from Skipperville Alabama, He moved to the Tallahassee area in 2015. He has over 10 years of experience in the veterinary field. Alex has two dogs, Angus and Boone and a cat named Honey Badger. When he isn’t at work he enjoys spending time outdoors, kayaking and riding ATVs.


Ashley

Receptionist

Ashley joined the Cumberland family in June of 2019 as a receptionist. She is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, but moved to Tallahassee in 2015. Ashley has worked with animals for over 15 years. She also has a beautiful 9-year old daughter named Haylee. In her down time she enjoys volunteering and hanging out with her family.


Stacey Oliver

Veterinary Technician

Stacey's love for helping animals started at a young age. She started volunteering with a large animal vet in her home town of Keystone Heights in middle school and worked her way up to a vet tech. She is currently taking courses to become a certified veterinary technician. In her spare time her favorite thing to do is be in the outdoors with her dogs or on the boat with friends.


Angel Thompson

Veterinary Technician

Angel was a part of many other animal hospitals before finding her place at Cumberland Animal Clinic. Angel is from Wakulla, Fl and has a dog named Octavius, who loves to swim and play fetch. When she’s not at work, she loves to find new places to go swimming.


Leslie Ramirez

Kennel Technician

Leslie has always had a passion for helping animals. She’s raised squirrels, kittens, and birds. Leslie graduated from Bradford High school. She then later moved to Havana to work for her dad. She’s always wanted a job that helped animals in her community. So when she got the opportunity to work for Cumberland, she took it right away. Leslie has one dog named Enzo. She takes him everywhere she goes. When she isn’t working, Leslie likes to travel and spend time with family.
